Great customer experience
Cancun Mexico best ever experience at
blue moon resort, I can referrer anybody to it in a heartbeat, that’s how great
the customer service is. I had all-inclusive reservation for a week. When I got
there by mistake they reserve the same room twice, not good right but I had no
idea about that without asking any questions to me they apologize and explained
the incident and it was funny the fact that both couples were there at the same
time to check in. The manager ended up
give both couples a better room and VIP service. Besides from the VIP services
the have different restaurants to choose from all-inclusive. Hgreat experience
highly recommended.
